توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل حيدر علي الطفيلي («نحن») مع بياناتك عند استعمال تطبيق «كدها» المنشور على متجر Google Play، وعند الشراء من هذا الموقع. حيدر علي الطفيلي هو المسؤول عن هذه البيانات.
تطبيق «كدها» لا يجمع أي معلومة تعرّف بطفلك: لا اسم، ولا بريد إلكتروني، ولا رقم هاتف، ولا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع. المعلومة الشخصية الوحيدة التي نحتفظ بها هي رقم الواتساب الذي تكتبه أنت في هذا الموقع عند شراء الاشتراك، ونستعمله لإرسال الرمز إليك.
داخل التطبيق: ما الذي نجمعه؟
لا شيء يعرّف بطفلك. التطبيق لا يطلب إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا يسأل عن الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف أو تاريخ الميلاد أو الموقع. ولا يحتوي على أي أداة تحليلات أو تتبّع أو إعلانات.
ماذا يُحفَظ على الجهاز؟
يحفظ التطبيق تقدّم طفلك داخل الجهاز نفسه، ليتمكّن من متابعة الدروس من حيث توقّف. ويشمل ذلك:
- الدروس والمناطق التي أكملها، والنجوم التي حصل عليها
- الأسئلة التي أجاب عنها إجابة صحيحة، وسجلّ الأخطاء للمراجعة
- الإعدادات مثل الصوت ووضع الهدوء وحجم الخط، ولون قميص «زكي»
في النسخة المجانية، هذه المعلومات لا تغادر الجهاز إطلاقاً. وإذا حذفت التطبيق، تُحذَف معها.
بعد تفعيل الاشتراك
عند كتابة رمز الاشتراك داخل التطبيق، يبدأ التطبيق بالاتصال بخادمنا لغرضين اثنين فقط:
- التحقّق من الاشتراك: يرسل التطبيق الرمز ومعرّفاً تقنياً للجهاز، ليعرف الخادم أن هذا الاشتراك مفعّل على جهاز واحد. هذا المعرّف رقم تقني يخصّ الجهاز، ولا يحمل اسماً ولا يخبرنا من يستعمله.
- نسخة احتياطية من التقدّم: تُحفَظ نسخة من تقدّم الدروس على الخادم، حتى إذا انكسر الجهاز أو بدّلته يرجع التقدّم مع الرمز نفسه. هذه النسخة تحتوي على أرقام الدروس والنجوم والأخطاء فقط، ولا تحتوي على أي معلومة شخصية.
الاشتراك نفسه مجهول الهوية: الرمز هو الهوية الوحيدة، ولا نستطيع الربط بينه وبين اسم طفل أو شخص.
عند الشراء من هذا الموقع
لإتمام عملية الدفع اليدوي، نطلب ونحفظ:
- رقم الواتساب الذي تكتبه — لنرسل إليه رمز الاشتراك، ولا شيء غير ذلك. لا رسائل تسويقية، ولا مشاركة مع أي جهة.
- صورة وصل الدفع التي ترفعها — ليتحقّق أحد من فريقنا من وصول المبلغ يدوياً، لأن وسائل الدفع المحلية لا توفّر تأكيداً تلقائياً.
نحتفظ بهما مدة الاشتراك وسنة واحدة بعده — لأن أهلاً كثيرين يفقدون الرمز ويحتاجون منّا إعادته — ثم يُحذفان. تستطيع طلب حذفهما قبل ذلك عبر البريد أدناه.
خصوصية الأطفال
تطبيق «كدها» مُوجَّه للأطفال بعمر ١٠–١٢ سنة. الطفل لا يُطلب منه أي بيان شخصي إطلاقاً؛ عملية الشراء كلها تجري في هذا الموقع، بين الأهل وبيننا، خارج التطبيق. لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا روابط لمواقع خارجية، ولا أي وسيلة تواصل مع أشخاص آخرين.
أذونات الجهاز
لا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الموقع أو الصور أو الملفات.
هل نشارك بياناتك؟
لا. لا نبيع ولا نشارك رقم هاتفك ولا صورة الوصل مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا نستعمل أي أداة إعلانات أو تحليلات على الموقع أو داخل التطبيق.
مقدّمو الخدمة
يُوزَّع التطبيق عبر متجر Google Play، وتخضع عملية التنزيل نفسها لسياسة خصوصية Google. نحن لا نتلقّى من المتجر أي بيانات تعرّف بطفلك. خادمنا مُستضاف لدى مزوّد خدمة سحابية، والبيانات المذكورة أعلاه محفوظة عليه.
حقوقك
تستطيع في أي وقت أن تطلب معرفة ما نحتفظ به عنك، أو حذفه. راسلنا على البريد أدناه من نفس الرقم أو أرفق تفاصيل الطلب، وننفّذ خلال أيام قليلة. حذف بيانات الشراء لا يلغي اشتراكك.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا أضفنا لاحقاً ميزة تجمع بيانات جديدة، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونوضّح ما يُجمَع ولماذا، قبل تفعيل الميزة.

This policy explains how Haider Ali Altufaily (“we”) handles your data in the Android app كدها, published on Google Play under the application ID com.tamayuz.app, and on this website. Haider Ali Altufaily is the controller of that data.
كدها collects nothing that identifies your child: no name, no email, no phone number, no ads, no tracking. The only personal information we hold is the WhatsApp number you type into this website when buying a subscription, which we use to send you the code.
Inside the app: what we collect
Nothing that identifies your child. The app has no sign-up and no login. It never asks for a name, email address, phone number, date of birth or location, and it contains no analytics, tracking or advertising software of any kind.
What is stored on the device
The app saves your child’s progress in the device’s own storage so they can continue where they left off. This covers:
- lessons and regions completed, and stars earned
- questions answered correctly, and a log of mistakes for review
- settings such as sound, calm mode, text size and avatar colour
On the free tier this information never leaves the device, and deleting the app deletes it.
After a subscription is activated
Once a subscription code is entered, the app begins contacting our server for exactly two purposes:
- Checking the subscription: the app sends the code and a technical device identifier, so the server knows the subscription is active on one device. That identifier is a technical number belonging to the device. It carries no name and tells us nothing about who is using it.
- Backing up progress: a copy of lesson progress is stored on the server so that a broken or replaced phone does not lose it. That copy contains lesson numbers, stars and mistakes only — no personal information.
The subscription itself is anonymous: the code is the only identity, and we cannot link it to a named child or person.
When you buy on this website
To complete the manual payment process we ask for and store:
- The WhatsApp number you enter — used to send you the subscription code and nothing else. No marketing messages, and no sharing with anyone.
- The payment receipt image you upload — so a member of our team can verify the payment by hand, because local payment methods provide no automatic confirmation.
We keep both for the duration of the subscription plus one year — parents frequently lose the code and need it re-sent — after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner using the email below.
Children’s privacy
كدها is directed to children aged 10–12. The child is never asked for any personal detail; the entire purchase happens on this website, between parents and us, outside the app. The app contains no advertising, no links to external websites, and no way to communicate with other people.
Device permissions
The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files.
Do we share your data?
No. We do not sell or share your phone number or receipt with any third party, and we use no advertising or analytics tooling on the website or inside the app.
Service providers
The app is distributed through Google Play, and the download itself is covered by Google’s privacy policy. We receive no data from the store that identifies your child. Our server is hosted with a cloud provider, and the data described above is stored on it.
Your rights
You may at any time ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will act within a few days. Deleting purchase data does not cancel your subscription.
Changes to this policy
If we later add a feature that collects new data, we will update this page and explain what is collected and why, before that feature is switched on.
